Mark Kelly
Director & Operations Lead
Mark oversees the day‑to‑day running of WellWalk CiC, including volunteer and beneficiary onboarding, community outreach, social media engagement, and monthly volunteer huddles. He also meets new referrals to help them feel welcome and supported from the very first step.
As one of the founders of WellWalk CiC, Mark brings both professional experience and personal insight. He trains and competes in strongman, and in 2024 became the 324th person since 1860 to lift the world‑famous Dinnie Stones in Scotland.
Mark also understands the impact of isolation and the importance of human connection. After facing his own mental health challenges, he knows how powerful a friendly chat, a walk, or a smile can be. His work with a York‑based walking charity showed him how transformative this model can be inspiring him and three friends to bring WellWalk CiC to Ilkley and Wharfedale to help people reconnect, rebuild confidence, and walk towards wellbeing.

Sally Fletcher
Director / Finance & Policy Lead
Sally brings extensive experience from the voluntary sector to her role at WellWalk CiC, where she oversees finance, policy development, administrative compliance, and governance. She ensures our safeguarding, health and safety, data protection, and lone‑working policies remain robust, and supports all CIC legal and Companies House requirements.
With over 25 years of lived experience managing her own mental health, Sally understands how isolating life can feel and how difficult it can be to take that first step outdoors. Her passion for supporting others is rooted in this personal journey, and she is committed to helping people who may be struggling in silence find connection, confidence, and a reason to get out and about.
Sally believes that even one gentle walk with a friendly face can spark meaningful change and that’s why she’s proud to be part of WellWalk CiC, helping create a service that makes those small but powerful moments possible.
